Hanover Aerials Gymnastics Club offers classes for all ages, boys and girls, beginner and advanced, recreational and competitive, artistic gymnastics, trampoline, cheerleading, and much more! We aim to provide a fun, safe place to build balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Hanover Aerials hosted Gymnastics Ontario Foundations coaching courses June 21-23 including participants from around the province. Congratulations to our coaches who completed your Foundations Training!

Each year we look to add improvements to our facility and equipment. This June we were happy to install window blinds with electrical and raise our high rings to FIG height!
